Who would have imagined a year ago what we have gone through?  Even when the reopening of society starts, we have to be careful to observe the restrictions imposed by the government.  If we don't, we'll experience another relapse.  Then we'll be back to square one.   As far as church goes, that means that when you come to Mass, you must wear a face mask.  You must observe distancing - staying at least six feet away from everyone who is not a member of your immediate household.  I know it's difficult, but it's necessary if we ever want to get back to normal.           

And, of course, don't forget to include in your prayer those who have already contracted the COVID-19 disease as well as all of us for whom these adjustments to our lifestyle are a hardship. Pray, also, for a speedy end to this crisis.
